Internet Marketing ? Cold and hard facts. Have you seen these kind of ads: 'Build it and they'll come' 'Suck in traffic like a magnet' 'Have people BEGGING you to buy from you' 'Use this and you can start raking in the cash in 15 minutes' I'm personally looking for this one to appear somewhere soon: 'This is SO easy, a caveman can do it.' Have you noticed what is missing in those make money while you sleep ads? You are never told that you have to be able to make money while you're AWAKE, before you can even think about making it while you sleep!

Many ads have these kinds of 'instructions:' I just go over to such and such program/software, drop in some (i.e.,) key words, then I pop over to this program/software and with a few clicks of my mouse. . .there you have it: my magical list of the best keywords in cyberspace. One checks out the first program/software and after 6 hours of trying to figure out how it works you give yourself a break and move on to the second program that is mentioned. . . and end up going to bed at 2:00 a.m. exhausted, disappointed and frustrated.

No one has bothered to show you HOW to 'drag and drop' and 'click' ? and, for a newbie, one easily finds themselves engulfed in overwhelming discouragement. Only the strong survive!

The glaring fact is that whether online or offline, running your own business is HARD work! There is no boss there always telling you what to do, how to do it or when to get it done.

And while you're not likely to fire yourself, unlike a J-O-B, if you don't work, if you try to fake it, at least in the beginning, during the early, formative years, you don't make any money. It's indeed a true, hard fact that no one bothers to tell you.

It's very important that one has a mentor, someone who is HONEST and is not out to take you for a financial ride with all of the 'you must have THIS program/software or you will fall on your face.' Look for someone who has TRIED the programs themselves and is prepared to take a bit of time and answer your questions.
